Fundamental Worldwide are one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading face-to-face fundraising agencies with teams in every major state and city. Working in residential locations our teams of passionate and charity-focussed sales representatives speak to members of the public and inspire them to sign up as donors to our amazing charity partner!
What will a day as a Fundamental Brand Ambassador look like?
Working with Fundamental is an awesome experience! A fundraiser’s job is to work in different residential locations each week. Alongside your team, you will engage with people at their doorsteps and inspire them to make a real difference for one of the world’s largest and most well-known humanitarian charities!

All fundraisers receive a starting annual salary package of $33ph inc plus bonuses on top of their pay based on performance with opportunities to progress quickly into team leader and management roles!
We are an extremely social company with teams enjoying regular social events, incentives and company parties and events, so you’ll have loads of fun along the way!
- Full-Time Hours Monday – Friday 11am until 7pm
- Hourly starting rate of $33ph inc
- Regular socials and events!, competitions and get togethers!
- Career progression into senior fundraiser roles!
- Mentoring and guidance in this exciting career pathway!

- Available full-time
- Able to work from 11am – 7pm daily?
- An Australian citizen / Permanent Resident OR currently holding a valid full-time work visa
- In Sydney and able to travel to new locations each week?
- In Australia, candidates outside of Australia at the time of application will not be considered
- Confident, outgoing and bubbly personality
- Are passionate about Australian charities and the incredible work they do!
