About Active Inclusive
Active Inclusive is an established NDIS provider delivering community participation and mentoring supports across Newcastle and expanding into Western Sydney.
Our unique model integrates professional athletes, including NRL players and professional boxing mentors, to support participants in building confidence, routine, wellbeing and community connection.
Through sport, mentoring and community engagement, we help participants develop life skills, independence and positive mental health outcomes.
We are now seeking a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help expand our services in Bankstown and Western Sydney.
The Role
This role is responsible for growing participant referrals and building strategic partnerships with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals and community organisations.
You will play a key role in expanding the Active Inclusive brand and participant base in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with NDIS Support Coordinators and Plan Managers
- Build referral networks across Western Sydney
- Present Active Inclusive services to disability professionals and community organisations
- Arrange meetings with support coordinators and referral partners
- Promote our athlete-led mentoring and community participation programs
- Identify opportunities to grow participant intake
- Represent Active Inclusive at community events and networking opportunities
- Assist with participant onboarding and service introduction
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in NDIS, disability services, or community services
- Has existing relationships with support coordinators or referral networks
- Is confident in networking and building professional partnerships
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for people with disability
- Has the ability to work independently and grow a service area
Experience in NDIS business development or intake roles will be highly regarded.
