The Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George (IDF) is seeking reliable and hardworking casual production packers to join our teams at both our Arncliffe and Kogarah facilities.
These are fast-paced, hands-on production roles suited to individuals who are physically fit, dependable and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Operating a forklift will be a massive advantage.
Available Locations & Duties
Arncliffe – Confectionery Production
- Packing lollies into jars
- Labelling finished products
- Palletising completed cartons
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Kogarah-Retail Cereal Packing
- Packing cereal sachets into retail-ready cartons
- Packing cartons into outer shippers
- Palletising finished goods
- Working on a structured production line
Hours
Hours vary depending on production needs:
- Some shifts are approximately 4.5 hours per day
- Other shifts are approximately 7.5 hours per day
- Workdays may vary week to week
Flexibility is essential.
About You
- Physically fit and capable of prolonged periods of standing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to lift light to moderate weights repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not essential
Important Eligibility Requirement
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
