The countdown is on! The iconic Grafton Hotel in Edmonton is reopening this August following an exciting transformation and we’re building a kitchen team to bring this venue back to life.

We’re Looking For:

Sous Chefs

  • Strong leadership experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Sound understanding of food cost and kitchen operations

Chef de Parties / Demi Chefs

  • Experience running sections in busy kitchens
  • Ability to work across service periods with consistency
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Commis Chefs

  • Eagerness to learn and develop your culinary career
  • Basic kitchen experience and a strong work ethic
  • Passion for hospitality and great food

Kitchen Porters

  • Reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced team
  • Previous kitchen experience desirable but not essential
