Civil Labourer

About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Labourer to join our team based at AURA, Sunshine Coast.
As a Civil Labourer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with civil and electrical infrastructure projects
- General civil labouring duties including trenching, backfilling, concreting, and site preparation
- Assisting machine operators and tradespeople as required
- Working around live services under supervision
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite
- Adhering to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in civil construction or similar labouring roles
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience working around live services (desirable)
- Basic understanding of civil tools and equipment
- Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to workday and night shifts if required
- Driver’s Licence – C Class minimum
