The Opportunity
Are you a digital content creator who wants to build a brand grounded in happiness, bees, and the real stories that make it all possible?
This role sits across two connected worlds:
- Fuzzy Bum – a fast-growing consumer brand with national retail distribution
- Duxton Bees – one of Australia’s leading pollination and beekeeping operations
You’ll create content that connects the full story, from hive to home. That means bringing bee health, pollination, and food production to life in a way that resonates with both consumers and industry.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week) with real ownership. You’ll lead how both brands show up across digital channels, creating content, campaigns, and using performance data to improve results over time. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager and Marketing Lead, and have access to real operations, real stories, and content most creators don’t get.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Channels
- Create short-form video and photo content, including filming on-site
- Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Turn day-to-day operations, industry activity and partnerships into engaging content
Campaigns & Community
- Support influencer campaigns and provide content direction
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement
- Align content with marketing strategy and campaigns
Digital Campaign & CRM
- Manage and optimise digital and social media campaigns and budgets
- Monitors spend, performance, and ROI, and recommend improvements
- CRM management and email marketing activity (Klaviyo or similar)
Performance & Optimisation
- Track and report on monthly social media and campaign performance
- Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, and website traffic
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Continuously test, learn, and optimise content to improve results and ROI.
About You
- Want to build a brand, not just post content
- Can spot a story in everyday operations and turn it into something engaging
- Experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing
- Strong skills in filming and editing short-form video
- Experience creating content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and ideally LinkedIn
- Experience managing campaigns and understanding performance metrics
- Experience with CRM or email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO and content visibility
- Strong collaboration and team skills
