The Fundraising Data Specialist at Wildlife Victoria will work within the Fundraising and Philanthropy team to deliver data insights to improve fundraising performance and donor experience, ultimately enabling the organization to meet its operational and strategic goals.
This important role is responsible for data integrity and analysis to support our fundraising efforts, having maximum impact within a niche organization.
About you
You must have the following experience to be considered for this role:
- Experience in a digital focused role which involves generating, analyzing and communicating data to support data-driven decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Advanced skills in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Ability to pro-actively manage multiple deadlines, balancing collaboration with autonomy
The following are highly desirable:
- A genuine interest in wildlife
- Previous experience in a fundraising role
- Understanding of the not-for-profit context
- Salesforce Certification
- Experience with Marketing Cloud/Pardot or similar platforms
About the role (full details provided in the PD)
- Leading platform governance, automation, integrations and analytics to optimize donor journeys and drive revenue growth, while ensuring data integrity, privacy and financial accuracy, across Individual Giving, Regular Giving, Philanthropy and fundraising appeals
- Managing and developing Salesforce to streamline fundraising operations
- Delivering insights that fuel growth by developing dashboards, datasets and KPI reporting
- Overseeing relevant third-party relationships, partners and suppliers
