This role is accountable for developing, operationalizing, and scaling Sales partnerships that drive new logo acquisition, joint pipeline development, and expansion within existing customers. The successful candidate will combine strong enterprise sales capability with deep experience structuring and managing SaaS Sales partnership and teaming agreements.
About the Role
The Sales & Partnerships Manager will lead revenue generation through strategic consulting and technology partnerships. You will develop and execute a partner-driven revenue strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
The role sits at the intersection of sales, alliances, commercial strategy, and executive relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a partner-driven revenue strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and close joint opportunities in collaboration with consulting and technology partners.
- Expand existing customer accounts through joint value propositions and services-led engagements.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value technology partners to expand our partnership network
- Build and manage executive-level relationships within Big Four firms, global consulting organizations, and senior IT vendors.
- Lead the development and negotiation of partnership agreements, including: Referral agreements, Reseller arrangements, Teaming agreements & joint pursuit frameworks
- Establish scalable frameworks for partner onboarding and activation
You’ll be a great fit if you can show:
- Strong experience in negotiating partnership agreements.
- Experience working in an agile sales environment with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Problem solving skills – the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
- You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within:
- Big Four consulting firms
- Global systems integrators
- Enterprise technology vendors
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- International business exposure, including cross-border commercial negotiations and global account coordination.
- Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) technologies highly regarded.
