We are looking for a reliable and committed person to join our transport team at our Launceston Depot.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia.

The person we are looking for would be mechanically minded, multi skilled and be prepared to help maintain our modern fleet of vehicles and the cleanliness of our depot. Driving would be a combination of both HR & HC.

Basic maintenance skills are required for vehicle upkeep and depot maintenance duties.

Duties would include but not limited to the following.

  • Local & State-wide Deliveries
  • Loading/unloading of Trailers/Trucks
  • Help maintain & clean vehicles, along with depot duties

Work hours would be a minimum 40 hours per week. Staggered Start/Finish times depending on work loads (work hours varying from 6am-7pm). Busy period may see some weekend work.

Transmo run a modern well-maintained fleet of vehicles and are very committed to the safety and comfort of our drivers, whether on the road or in our warehouse.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • HC Licence, Manual 18 speed. (Min 2 Years)
  • Fork lift experience & Licence
  • Forklift licence must be held at commencement of employment.
  • Good knowledge of Tasmania
  • Good work ethic & prepared to take on various roles.
  • Excellent paperwork skills
  • Good time management
  • The ability to think outside the square.
