About the role
Ironbuilt Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Nowra and Calderwood.
Projects include a mix of utilities, subdivisions, and water-related infrastructure, with exposure to Sydney Water and other authority-driven works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Oversee utilities, stormwater, sewer, water, and subdivision works
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and project engineers
- Manage programme, budget, procurement, and commercial outcomes
- Liaise with clients, developers, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
- Background in utilities, subdivisions, water, or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and contractual management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
- Experience in subcontractor management
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with Sydney Water or similar authorities
- Exposure to brownfield or live environment projects
- Background in fast-paced civil contracting environments
