About the role
The job includes the following activities but is not limited to
- Customer Service (assisting customers both in store, over the phone and via email)
- Quoting using computer system
- Communicating with suppliers
- Researching information on equipment
- Keep showroom well presented (putting away stock and tidying shelves)
Skills and experience
The ideal applicant will possess the following capabilities:
- Customer Service Skills
- Product Knowledge
- Eager to learn about store products and partake in training
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge
- Basic Computing Skills
- NT Drivers License
