About the Role
At TSA Riley, our focus is on transforming projects and adding real value for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, or Project Director you will contribute across end-to-end project delivery, supporting planning, design coordination, procurement and construction activities. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and internal teams to manage scope, program, risk, interfaces, delivery and turnkey handover.
You’ll play an important role in driving project outcomes, supporting technical and commercial decision-making, and building strong, trusted client relationships across the Northern Territory.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, including electrical trade or design backgrounds.
- 10-20 years’ delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across various sectors, including the energy and power utilities sector, with experience gained on both client and/or consultancy sides preferred.
- Demonstrated exposure to electrical systems, such as power supply and distribution, communications, controls, substations or renewables, within broader project delivery environments. Experience with High Voltage distribution systems is an advantage.
- Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Highly developed communication, problem-solving and commercial skills, with the ability to influence decisions and guide projects through all phases.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.
