ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restoration Technicianto take ownership of our restoration operations and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working independently, leading by example and managing restoration works from initial assessment and office-based report writing, through to completion.

You will be responsible for delivery high-quality water, mould, fire and storm restoration services, managing and operating specialist equipment, undertaking moisture mapping and documentation, ensuring works are completed safely, effectively and to industry standard. As the primary restoration technician, you will maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance companies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated restoration professional who is capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of the restoration function.

Ideally you will have:

  • IICRC qualifications in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire & smoke restoration, bio-hazard and clandestine cleaning
  • Strong knowledge of restoration processes, equipment and industry best practice
  • Experience in report writing and general correspondence – use of MS suite and insurance works software
  • Experience with moisture mapping, reporting and digital job management systems
  • Good communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in restoration, construction or trade-based roles
  • Current manual Drivers Licence and General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Able to work in active construction environments, with capacity for physical demands including lifting, working at heights and in confined spaces
