Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Assistant to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and support our digital growth strategy. This role focuses on expanding brand visibility, engaging with business owners, and driving enquiries through social platforms and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms
- Generate quality leads through organic and strategic social media activity
- Engage with followers and respond to enquiries, messages, and comments promptly
- Support LinkedIn growth and professional audience targeting
- Assist in building TikTok presence and short-form video content
- Conduct regular social media audits and recommend improvement strategies
- Research competitors, trends, and content ideas relevant to business owners
- Target business owners and entrepreneurs through content and outreach
- Assist in promoting business listings to attract buyers and sellers
- Support campaigns and promotions to maximise reach and engagement
- Enhance and update website content where required
- Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile
- Perform basic SEO checks and website performance analysis
- Track engagement, growth, and lead metrics
Skills & Requirements
- Good understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong communication skills and professional online interaction
- Basic knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Understanding of branding and content creation
- Basic website management and SEO knowledge preferred
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
