Duo Trading Pty Ltd, proudly Tasmanian‑owned since 1976, is seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our head office warehouse and support our expanding statewide operations.
We are looking for someone who brings genuine enthusiasm, a can‑do mindset, and past experience in warehouse or logistics operations. This role suits an individual who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and keeping a busy distribution department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and lead a small team.
- Coordinate freight movements with our statewide sales team.
- Maintain our local delivery schedule and ensure timely dispatch.
- Support our central ordering system through close collaboration with other departments
- Handle inwards goods receipting and conduct regular stock takes.
- Assist management with expanded duties including purchase orders, stock control, interstate stock movements and implementing new and innovative systems to improve efficiencies
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and accounting/inventory software.
- Current forklift license.
