Transco Mfg is a well-established, Australian-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and global distribution of high-quality downhole drilling tools. Due to continued growth, we’re currently seeking motivated Yardman / Labourers to join our friendly and hardworking team at our Lonsdale facility.

About the Role
- Assist tradespeople with assembly, and workshop yard tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
- General labouring and workshop support duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the production team
About You
- Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in a workshop/labouring environment
- Current forklift licence (required)
- Current driver’s licence & registered vehicle (required)
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
- Physically fit – able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- High attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Willingness to work regular overtime
