Waitstaff – Tipsy Cow Steakhouse
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable waitstaff to join the team at Tipsy Cow Steakhouse. If you’re passionate about delivering great service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised section
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Process payments and operate POS systems
Requirements:
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (essential)
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (essential)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Well-presented with a positive attitude
